“My initial email enquiry was answered very quickly. I was impressed and as a result I ordered 3 sets of Francis Pegler taps. They arrived quickly, all in perfect condition and look amazing. Just waiting for the plumber now ….. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from you again.”

“Having ordered a bath panel from Rubberduck it was delivered in good time and as planned, however the panel was delivered asdamaged and a further replacement was sent straight away. However, this occurred on two further occasions and further replacements were sent without delay. The bath panels were clearly damaged in transit by the courier company. I read the reviews before placing my order and i had noticed that Rubberduck had good reviews about replacing damaged goods and this was confirmed with my order.”
