“Good prices, very helpful on the phone. Delivering the goods, literally, proved a bit of work. There were a lot of phone calls I had to make to track things down and make sure I was getting what I was told. All good in the end and yes I would use them again.”

“Bath panel as described (though not as white in colour as would have wished) fair price and timely delivery. As panel is two piece l feel instructions could be clearer / a bit more helpful, eg to drill from rear and how (tips) to achieve accurate height to connect the two pieces.”

“I rang to see if the radiators could be wall mounted as my plumber suggested the advice via RDs tel line was very good and gave me the order no.for the valves . The radiators arrived with notice and are ready to be installed. This service was excellent as these were the radiators I wanted and they look magnificent as a column with 3 heated rails upfront. The only downside was the request to notify RD of any damage within 24 hours. There was only me and the radiators weigh nearly 30kg each .”
