“Ordered wall cladding panels which arrived quickly and look great now the bathroom is finished! Customer service were very helpful when I couldn't find the correct edge trim. Will use the same panels for my en-suite to be completed later this year.”

“Terrible customer service!! 20 days after order placed it still hadn't been received. This was for items in stock and ready to be dispatched. Spent the next week chasing my order and nobody seemed to know what was going on and never returned any of my phone calls or emails. Eventually I decided to cancel my order, that was the 26th July - now 21st August, I've still not had any refund. Poor, poor customer service.”

“Excellent customer care. I phoned up twice to change orders and spoke with a human being who was interested in helping me! I have dealt with certain popular bathroom suppliers and have been left disappointed pushed around by bots. This company has very high standards of customer care. I highly recommend it. “Great website and great pre-sale contact. Great timely delivery, all as promised. Booked day off work to fit the kitchen tap. Sadly it had two slight damage marks on tap body. Already committed so had to fit it. Sent email and photos but no response other than to acknowledge receipt.”

“Good selection on web site and is easy to use. I ordered 2 wet room pipe sleeves and chased them up after a week as not arrived. Rubberduck said that the sleeves had been sent via Royal Mail but couldn't track any further. I've asked for a refund which they have said they will do once they receive it back from Royal Mail. 3 weeks on still no refund. Hopefully a one-off problem as would like to use them again for their range of items on sale.”

“they ordered totally the wrong product for me, so i waited 4 weeks for a useless item. they never admitted it was their mistake and never returned any of my calls when i called to get it dealt with. they then edited their website picture to make out it wasnt their error. really poor customer service causing me delay and frustration.”

“I placed my order for a bath,toilet, basin unit and waste, received email saying items despatched direct - with same date time -what I was not aware off was that Rubberduck bathrooms source their products from various other suppliers and i wrongly assumed that all products would be on the same delivery, I actually had 4 different couriers delivery my order, i missed 1 and had to pay £45 re delivery charge.would I have ordered from them if I knew this ,probably not.”
