“I rang to enquire about the expected stock date of the product I wanted and a very polite gentleman gave me the information. I then rang the next day and a different gentleman was very personable and helpful and took my order over the telephone. I would safely assume this is the general ethos of their customer service across the board. The item was shipped and delivered promptly, and they even offered some insight into other products that may be suitable for my requirements. All round exceptional service. Thank you.”
