After placing the order on line the goods did not arrive. After a phone call to you it was discovered that you had not got the item in stock and the back order system didn't work. You had taken payment but effectively lost my order!

Placed an order on a Friday with delivery promised by the next Friday - this did not happen. The order was then delivered the following Monday despite Rubberduck paying a private courier.(which the Manufacturer could not understand) The bath panels were damaged and my fitters spent nearly a whole day at my expense trying to get the bathroom ready for Christmas. Despite complaining and speaking to the Panel Manufacturers who said they would offer compensation and to deal with Rubberduck I have heard nothing more. Rubberduck's Manager implied that my fitters were incapable of fixing a panel. I would add that Ashley at Rubberduck did his best but the overall service was dire. Will not use them again

Items ordered on the 30th September 2 soap dishes. Now the 13th of October and still awaiting delivery!

You should receive you items today, Tuesday 13th, they were posted yesterday (Monday 12th) on a next day shipment. Tracking number supplied yesterday to yourself via email. We do not post these items out on a Friday as they tend to get broken when in the Currier depo over a weekend. Please could you update your review once you item have been received today. If you have not got the email with the tracking number please check your spam box or call us and we can give you your tracking number over the phone.

I am a very unhappy customer. First the website is a little confusing. but much more important when placing a large (£2700 plus) order for bush board and Wetwall, the company reneged on a very small discount they had previously agreed. Their charming sales girl was as helpful as she was allowed but her manager refused any discount other than 2.7% despite my confirming the original agreed discount on the telephone and even splitting the order in order to qualify for it. The product range offered by Rubberneck is admirable but their customer service, at least in my experience, sadly lacking. For lack of time, I've agreed the greater price, let's see how efficient is their delivery service. Rubberduck don't record telephone calls so either record your own or double check any purchases - and then check again.

Delivery incomplete so had to phone several times to chase outstanding item. 3 times had to wait in for the promised new delivery date which did not happen. Very poor customer service.

Although the staff I have spoken to have been really nice, they chose to change my order without checking and have changed it back incorrectly so the delivery company is trying to deliver me the wrong goods. Not too impressed. Will update happily if I get a resolution.

Ordering the shower and receiving it, was very good, however the assembly instructions were very poor. To add to this, screws that were supplied with the shower had been changed and therefore were not suitable without modifying the frame - as we were informed to do by the manufacturer.

The initial service from Rubberduck bathrooms was good. We ordered ceiling panels & mouldings but the moulding arrived damaged. Luckily for us we have a small area & could cut around them. We needed to fit them on the day that they arrived so we were unable to send them back. Finished job looks good but shame about not packaged up adequately.

We are sorry you received damaged trims,. These trims and boards are delivered direct from manufacturer on there own vehicles to help prevent any damages, but unfortantly this hasn't been the case for you. We would of, of course, replaced these trims for you if you had contacted us. We thank you for your review, even though we feel is a little low, but we do thank you for highlighted the reason that we says in our terms and conditions to not book your fitter or installer until all your items have arrived and have been inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition.

Had a e-mail stating that the delivery would be made on Wednesday from Rubberduck bathrooms,so at short notice booked the day off so as to be in , then came the call from the supplier grant westfield that the delivery would take place on Thursday, as luck would have it someone was in on Thursday. (Communication break down I'm thinking!!!) Plus a pack of flooring was found to be of faulty manufacture. Grant Westfield are going to replace this pack but delivery won't be until next week :-((

We are sorry about the delivery of your item. Delivery depo (Grant Westfield) did tell us that the items would be delivered on the Wednesday and didn't inform us of any changes and we will be bringing this up with them to make sure this does not happen again.

Sorry you have not received your item yet, the item you ordered was a CosyToes MT2 Thermostat. As you ordered a thermostat only and not a complete matching set, CosyToes them selves wanted to make sure you had ordered the correct controller for your system as there are different versions of the MT2 controller. CosyToes said they would contact you direct and make sure that the unit was correct before dispatching to you directly as there has been issues in the past with newer controllers fitted to older matting. We tried to contact you via phone but were unsuccessful before we sent you an email to let you know that CosyToes would be in contact. Please let us know if this is not the case and I will contact CosyToes again. We try to offer a good customer service and go beyond simple supply only service where possible. We hope that once you have received your item from CosyToes and the advice they give you we hope you upgrade your review.

Feedback is automated, we are sorry to received the request before receiving you multipanel trim. We normally don't post out multipanel trims on there own as the item states "Please note: Multipanel endcaps, corners, jointing strips and seals are only available to purchase when a multipanel board is purchased" due to their size, but as you did place a multipanel order over the phone with us a week earlier and we do understand that people do either forget or miss count the trim requirements, we sent out the trim to your self at a cost to us.. As you did receive your main multipanel order the week before on time and in good condition we would be greatful if you could leave us positive feedback for this order.
