“Very pleased with the service I got with ordering my bathroom panels. A nice lady named Amy helped me on online chat. Then I phoned as I'm not very good with doing online ordering plus I needed to check out a few things. When I phoned I spoke to Amy, we had a laugh as I just had done online chat with her. Amy completed my order over the phone for me. Very helpful. They phoned and told me when my order cold be delivered and I was amazed it could be delivered within a few days of me ordering. My panels arrived delivery person ver helpful and I am completely satisfied with my order. I would recommend this company. It was a smooth purchase from beginning to the end. One very happy customer. “The replacement bath panel was delivered but there was slight damage on two of the corners. Contacted Rubberduck and a replacement was despatched to replace it at a point to suit our availability to receive delivery. Prompt responses and followed through with second delivery to suit us.
