“I did a lot of research online before making my final purchase and I was satisfied that Rubberduck offered me the best value for money so I ordered and I've been delighted with the service. I hadn't heard of Rubberduck but they were recommended to me by a family member who, himself, has a bathroom fitting and tiling business. The online experience was easy and the goods arrived far quicker than the website had indicated. I would use them again.”

“I had an issue with my order in so much they sent the wrong item. But, mistakes happen and it is how the deal with it that matters. Suffice to say it was rectfied immediately and the correct parts delivered the next day. Overall they were excellent to deal with”

“Service was exceptional. I rang up to ask for a speedy delivery due to builders leaving. The person on the phone made sure they dispatched the item asap and it arrived very quickly. I selected the wrong colour item but this was my fault.”

“This email it's for the owner and Carl and Jarrow I've dealt with these two chaps in your company and they're great ambassadors for your company I've worked in retail all my life for a company called the Roger penske group or in the UK called the sytner group and I know where customer service is important what makes a company is not the company it's the people within the company which is the bread and butter,hub what I've had in my situation in a bath panel was ridiculous in regarding the handling of the shipment through DHL and one through FedEx all I can say is obviously when they put it in their trucks or vans and they must have no priority even though may say fragile and put your panels at the bottom of the van or truck and put heavy stuff on top and cracks or they throw heavy equipment on it, it must be heavy because these panels are quite thick dread to be shipping glass or mirrors with these companies.I felt embarrassed for numerous times I had cracked bath panels delivered to me,no thought of your own all I wanted to say is thank you very much for your service and you have a fantastic prosperous happy New year thanks again fantastic company.
