Good morning John, We're sorry to hear about the damage received to the panels. We can see your panels were delivered within a few days from placing the order. As the manufacturer delivers them using their own couriers, this review is the first we've heard of any issue however. On checking with the manufacturer this morning, we understand your replacements are due to arrive this afternoon. Typically we rarely see issues with this service and we can only apologise that you have not had the normal experience here John. We appreciate it can be frustrating when online sales don’t go to plan and we hope that customers can see we act as quickly as we can to remedy any issue that we are made aware of. “We messed up royally when installing an underfloor plumbing part and in desperation called several outlets who tried to help us but Rubberduck really cared and took the time with us to understand the problem and help us to solve it. This was a time-sensitive part and it arrived as quickly as possible with free of charge, next day delivery. The part was even cheaper than the original we'd broken (from a competitor with terrible, online only service that shall remain nameless)! Thank you so much to all at Rubberduck who calmed us down and helped us through a rotten time, we are so grateful for your help and cannot recommend you highly enough”
