“Rubberduck Bathrooms are my go to company for my plumbing needs. I find their prices really competitive, but I mainly deal with Ruberduck because I know my order is in safe hands. On the odd occasion, items have been delayed by suppliers or missing from the order. However, they chase missing items with suppliers and keep you informed with progress. One quick call or email is enough to know the parts will be with me in a next day or so.”

“I called to get a specific shower tray, sadly they could not get it within my timescale, like everyone else I had tried, but they helped me to sort out a suitable replacement that my customer was happy with. They then delivered when they said they would and the tray came in perfect order ready for me to fit it. A thumbs up from me!”

“Waiting on parts phone Saturday you said you phone me Monday no call phone you Tuesday you said waiting for email from your supplier not good for me had to put plumber off need a date for parts to come”

“Great service all round, ordered some taps on a Sunday evening, received confirmation, Monday was informed the items were despatched , had notification from courier they had the items which were delivered Tuesday. Very happy with the items ordered . Will definitely recommend .”
