“Disappointing service, the order arrived later than planned and once it did it was left out on the street, on an industrial estate as this is a business address for 2 days! The parceil specified on the packaging, not to be left without a signature. Not nessacerily Rubberducks fault but you may want to reconsider your choice of courier service”

We’re truly sorry to hear about the issues with your delivery and completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially given the circumstances. As this order was distributed directly by the manufacturer, we unfortunately didn’t have control over the choice of courier or their handling of the delivery. However, the situation you described, including leaving the parcel unsecured over the weekend despite requiring a signature, is unacceptable. “I was looking for towel radiators and Rubberduck had a great range and were very competetively priced. I ordered one which was delivered one time and the delivery guy brought it into the hallway instead of leaving it on the kerb which is what mostly happens. I then decided to get another radiator and spoke to a real human who was very helpful in expediting the second radiator. Great service all round. Thanks.”

Your order was placed on the evening and dispatched shortly after we opened the very next morning. We trusted DHL to deliver your order using a next day service and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to for the item to arrive with damage to the packaging.
