“Ordering, help over the phone, website were all great. My only issue is with the staggered deliveries. I can't check if everything for completeness and damages until it has all arrived, and as there is no certainty with timings, the 24h checking window is unrealistic. Not that I needed it as thankfully everything is perfect.”

“You dealt with my issue of a dropped screen swiftly and effectively. I was skeptical that the hinges were the problem, but you were right. One of the hinges swapped over was faulty, so with the replacements, the screen is now fine again. Your service was excellent, I have given only four stars because the issue arose in the first place, but the service I received was first class. Thank you.”

Good afternoon Ben, We're very sorry to hear about the bow in your panels. We are a little surprised to see your review come in. When we had a discussion we agreed to send out free of charge replacements, all we asked for was an image to send over to the manufacturer to have them replaced without delay. Looking back we can't see any response to the email we asked you to reply to, just this review. The material is wood based and it's entirely normal for panels to exhibit a small bow at times. This can be removed very easily by storing them overnight with the bow facing up. As part of the installation guide, it is a requirement to inspect panels on arrival and to store them in the environment you will be fitting them for 48 hours prior to installation. Given the above, a small bow should not affect any fitting timelines. We had presumed you had installed them without issue. We're sorry you haven't had the typical Rubberduck experience here Ben. Good morning Nick, Thanks for taking time to leave feedback on the item. This review request was in relation to the service offered by us rather than the product delivered. We can see you ordered on the afternoon of the 17th, the item was dispatched within a few hours using a next day delivery service and was delivered without issue. The item itself retails at £6.50, which we find is more than competitive when you compare us across other online retailers such as Screwfix (£14.99), Amazon (£19.99), B&Q (£14.99). When checking this morning we appear to be the cheapest option for this product out of the many retailers out there. Thanks again for the comments Nick. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team
