“This is the 1st time we have purchased from this company. I would just like to say emails and delivery is well efficient, I received updates on my delivery frequently , I received my item but some slightly damaged but just 1 email to report damaged items and was all sorted within days, would definitely use this company again .”

“From discussions with their helpful staff through the courier part delivery Rubberduck sorted it. When only part delivered I rang them and a new delivery was arranged next day. The package was well wrapped and arrived as ordered. You can tell if a company is good by the way they sort out the odd issues and RUbberduck was on the case with no fuss Would have no hesitation in using them again”

“Fast delivery, good quality products. There were some small damages to the edges of roof panels probably due to shipping, but customer service was very friendly and helpful, although we don't need to use that damaged part in the end. Will order again in future.”

“Great service and quick delivery. I am not a professional and screwed up the order! One phone call and it was all sorted, order checked and rectified by the helpful chap that answered. “I would recommend Rubber Duck Bathrooms, although I was initially confused by their ad stating next-day delivery. Great I thought, paid the amount and next-day arrival, nothing. I phoned RD only to be told the item wasn't in stock and would be delivered on June 13th. Not very happy. I was contacted on 13.06.22 and I was informed the shower try would be delivered the next day in the afternoon. Delivery was made as stated. I found this part of their service very helpful. The cost of the shower tray was competitive with free delivery, a good buying incentive.”

“I ordered 2 items from Rubberduck Bathrooms, one was a Roman corner shower caddy which is well made and guaranteed not to rust, very happy with it and the other purchase. I was not home for when the delivery was scheduled but redirect it to the local post office, all went smoothly.”
