“I thought this company was outstanding with the products I ordered. Eg they properly read mu emails !!! The were professional on phone, they checked the code ! Of product, and sent me the correct items, I wish they had more in stock of douche pray kit! They are priced well, altother i recomend this company of competent professional staff Maggie”

“Very courteous company, excellent communication and good prices. We had a small issue with one delivery which was rectified and replaced the next day. We had deliveries from fedex and PJH, both gave very good communication and delivered on time. Highly reccomend.”

“I ordered both side and end bath panels. First thing on the the morning following my order I received a call explaining that unfortunately the 1700 panel I ordered was unavailable. A more expensive 1900 panel was offered instead. Since a simple cut was all that was required I naturally accepted. That staff were minded to expedite my order even to the extent that a more expensive panel was offered with no extra charge was very gratifying. The bath now looks impressively neat and tidy, the panels being fairly easy to cut and fit. Always measure two or three times though and cut once! Thanks guys, great job!”

“I placed my order over the telephone with Jarred Beel. He was extremely helpful and helped me with items I was unsure about. The order arrived promptly on the day we had arranged. One of the items was clearly damaged in transit. Having taken photographs and spoken on the phone to Rubberduck all the staff were extremely helpful and a replacement item was quickly arranged and delivered as requested. This is the first time I have used Rubberduck and I would certainly recommend them to anyone planning a bathroom replacement/refurbishment.”
