“I cannot review the item I ordered as it never arrived, The item was ordered twice and I feel the delivery company let this company down. As neither arrived. It is a shame as I really liked the look of the bath panel. However I cannot complain about the service I received from the people at Rubberduck Bathrooms that I dealt with, both guys were very helpful and sorted the problem out immediately. The delivery company cost the rubberduck bathrooms a sale and a customer as I probably would not come back in the future.”

“absolutely fantastic service as well as the product. i bought the shower unit and i have to say that is a brilliant product, plus the added bonus of being far cheaper and of better quality than all the others. £ for £ . an amazing saving alround , very easy to instal solid built. A perfect solution to have within limited space. The delivery was even quicker than stated, the driver was excellent credit to his company. highly delighted throughout. highly recommended. 5 *****”

“I have given a 5 because the product is good and so was the service my only concern was the packaging but not worth deducting a star the tub of tanking membrane was cracked at the bottom but self sealed so only about 10mm at the bottom had gone hard used it sparingly and just had enough !”

“Really impressed with the service we received from Rubberduck Bathrooms. Ordered a shower cubicle which had a few issues when it was delivered (some missing fixings & fitting instructions). Jarred and his colleagues were great at communicating and sending replacements. Then, when we finally installed it, and discovered one of the doors had also arrived damaged, they quickly sent a replacement. Would definitely use Rubberduck again as it seems like a reliable, responsive and friendly company.”
