“Service was truly excellent !!! Phoned up the company to enquire about an awkwardly proportioned toilet seat that we were unable to find anywhere. The guy who picked up the phone identified the item we needed and said he would get it in the post the following day, which he did. Brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I was a bit apprehensive about ordering from Rubberduck Bathrooms as had never heard of them. However, the items were less expensive than other websites so I took a risk and wasn’t disappointed. They were excellent in communicating when the items were despatched and delivered well packaged and within a week of ordering. I would use them again.”

“Rubberduck Bathrooms provide a wide range of product AND have it in stock. In addition their prices are very reasonable. After placing the order I called them to ask if they could deliver before a certain day and they shipped on the day of my order and I got it the following day. Great service and I would definitely use them again.”

“HALITE BATH PANEL It is rare these days to be able to engage with a retailer who is available to promptly answer telephone calls, I had a query before I ordered. The bath panel is perfect - no more wood or MDF. Easy to cut down to size (if irregular sized space). Totally waterproof - excellent white gloss finish. Dispatched to courier on day of ordering - but courier was slow to deliver. I have recommended this company and product to several other friends.”

“My sink and pedestal arrived on my delivery day and the driver rang me to say he was on his way and very kindly unloaded the items into my garage for me. I did have to ring to rearrange the initial delivery date given to me and the call handler was very helpful and answered all my queries.”
