“Received my beautiful copper tap as and when it was stated. I am delighted with the look of it. Still awaiting new kitchen fitting so not yet seen the whole look but I’m sure it will be awesome!!!”

“Very impressed with RubberDuck! Caution advised when typing the name - the ‘U’ is next to the ‘I’ ; ) They stepped in when another company let us down with delivery and went on to deliver very quickly as promised - such a rarity these days!”

“Unfortunately the incorrect item was delivered to me. The item delivered was the wrong colour, however after one email to customer support I had the correct item out to me on the same day and swapped out. Great turnaround in speed of resolving the issue. This is how all companies should operate.”
