“Unfortunately, I have to give you this bad feedback because I have ordered a rubber to fit to 8mm glass and I have received a 6mm glass rubber. Unfortunately I couldn't complete the handyman job on that day. Regards Liviu”

Hi Liviu, We're sorry to hear about a picking error on your order. Looking back we can see your order was placed late evening on the 12th, was dispatched using a tracked next day service within 20 minutes from opening the following morning and was delivered the next working day. Unfortunately picking errors (while rare) can occur at times - we would have sent another out on a next day service, had we been made aware at the time. However this review is first we've heard of the matter. We hope our valued customers can see that we try our best to supply items at low prices and as fast as possible.
