“Excellant service from Rubberduck. They went to the trouble of soucing a low pressure tap and giving me a choice to select from. Nice people to deal with and especially good price on thir offers. My kitchen tap is a superb piece of engineering. Can highly recommend.”

“Reasonable range of of cubicle shower options. Comprehensive website and showrrom contact was able to talk through my requirements & help me to make a final choice. Delivery was on time & goods in tact. The shower is now installed and it looks great, seems easy to clean and works a treat.”

Good afternoon Mr Khalid, We feel you have been quite unfair with your service rating to be honest. We can see you placed an order late in the evening at 11:30pm on the 28th, for goods that are large and awkward to handle/transport. The goods were dispatched within 12 hours using a tracked next day service on the 29th and were delivered without issue the following day on the 1st. You enquired about the return of two of the items ordered as they were not required and we happily accepted the request and offered a full refund on return of those items. Other than come to collect the items that you decided you no longer want ourselves - which would be a very costly service for a small company to run, there's not much else we could have provided as a service here. It's a shame we have to respond to comments like these it really is. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“Short and fast delivery but not sure if that was a good thing as the 5 litre waterproof compound bucket had been severely damaged and leaked everywhere. Lucky enough there was bubble wrap around otherwise probably would have lost alot more. Didn’t have to time to return as I had a timer booked in and needed to tank asap, so had to suffer it. Everything else I ordered was fine. Would still recommend I was just unfortunate this time round”
