“I placed an order for bath and bath panel, it said 3 to 5 working days for delivery, after 4 days I chased by phone 3 times and was told it was out for delivery and I would get a call from the courier. They only call I got from the courier was to say he was outside my house with my delivery! Fortunately I was able to rush home to receive it!”

Had we been made aware at the time, we would have contacted the manufacturer to arrange replacement of the missing item. A member of the customer service team has tried to call this morning to get some more info but we had no luck in getting through. “We ordered a lot of stuff but due to an error we were not sent a profile for the wetroom panel. We didn't realise it wasn't in the box so didn't realise it hadn't arrived till we went to fit it. It then took a week to rectify the situation, between RD and their courier. It may have not been there fault but ultimately it reflects on them. The rest of the order was fine however this has meant out customer hasn't had their shower for a week which reflects on us....”

Good morning Ben, We're very sorry to hear about the delay with your order. Looking back we can see your order contained a wet room screen with the option to choose either recessed or surface mounted wall profiles. Neither option was chosen at the time of the order, which meant only the glass and support arm was dispatched. This should not have been able to happen and we've since made a change to that listing to ensure this does not occur again. Customers can no longer add that item to the basket unless they choose which profile type is required. Hi Robert, Thanks for taking time to leave a review, we're sorry you feel the service offered was so poor. We can see you placed your order over Black Friday weekend and (despite it being the busiest time of the year for online retail) we dispatched your order on the Tuesday morning using a tracked service. As you mentioned, a card was left due to a failed delivery attempt and looks to have been rebooked for delivery for tomorrow, according to your tracking info.
