“As a plumber I am alway on the lookout for quality products. Bath panels can be a real problem, either thin flexible plastic that looks terrible and difficult to fit or painted MDF. The latter can absorb water and swell up to the point of collapse. The panels purchased are fully water proof, sturdy, lightweight, easy to cut, a great price and the back up customer service is excellent.”

“I recently bought a Burlington High Level WC With an Aluminium Cistern from Rubberduck. It's not installed as yet, so I can't comment upon its function. But, not only was it the cheapest I could find online, but it arrived in less than 2 days. Very happy so far. Mike”

“I was looking for a tap for my downstairs vanity unit. I saw one online but wasn’t sure if it would fit my new sink. Customer Service went out onto shop floor as he thought they had one on display. He asked me where I bought the sink and checked online to see if it would fit. Assured it me would and a couple of days later it landed. It did fit and looks lovely. Excellent price too.”
