“This is the first time I have dealt with this company ,so as a new customer I am normally very selective to use only ones I have used before. However I must say I am more than pleased and happy with their service and speed of despatch,, my Radiator arrived very securely packed and well in advance of initial estimated time scale estimate. I have just one concern, at around 4:00pm my neighbour alerted me that there was a large parcel proped up against my front door. The driver had left my radiator and valves without Knocking or giving me the opportunity to sign and comply with the delivery damage inspection requirements. Luckily I have checked the items and they are ingood order I will definitely use this company again.”

“I ordered most of a bathroom refurbishment from this company, including wall panels, toilet etc. Most orf the items arrived in a week but the suppliers of the shower encloser I particularly wanted failed to deliver even after being chased, there was no issue with refunding and luckily for me, I managed to find another make that was available with 24 hour delivery.”

“Returning customer and very pleased once more. I first called them to ask if they had the shower screen that I wanted in stock, unlike another company I ordered that had it from 6 weeks earlier on an (8 day delivery), but still no sign of it. I cancelled the failed supply and ordered with Rubberduck. It was despatched the next day and received the day after. It came on a pallet, extremly well packaged and undamaged. Superb service”

“Love this shower. Unlike other showers ive purchased this came with a fitting kit included and it also matched the colour of the brass perfectly. This is a nightmare when a coloured shoulder doesnt come with fitting kit included. Id Recommend”

“Ordered a toilet seat which arrived as scheduled. It was of high quality however I had to return the seat as not suitable for my use. The whole return process was easy. On receipt and inspection, the company issued the refund within 14 days. I would recommend this company to others.”
