“Customer service team has been helpful and processed my refund, would recommend them as a supplier. Contact could be better as they didn’t reply to my emails requesting confirmation of my refund but previously they had been very responsive and helpful.”

Good morning Anthony, We think you may have missed something here - If you check your bank you will find your refund was processed last month. You emailed us requesting an update on the evening of the 25th. We acknowledged your refund with a confirmation email going out to you the very next morning on the 26th of March at 8:27am. “I have rated this a good, the website is easy to order from, the products arrived in good condition. There was an issue arround delivery, I had to call and enquire why it had not arrived after 7 days. The good thing is that a person actually answerd and was very keen to help out. Things do go wrong but in my opinion it is how they are handled when it does go wrong which is important. It was a warehouse issue with the delivery, the person on the phone called them and got straight back to me, Rubberduck then issued a full dispach of the original order a second time and put it on an overnight delivery so as to not hold my installation up. Well done, this sort of response does impress me, thanks.”

Good afternoon Cindy, We're very sorry to hear about the issue with your order. Looking back we can see you filed a claim for damage to a wall mounted tap purchased. You chose to install another tap which you had to hand instead and requested a refund. As is standard for matters of this nature, we requested images of the damage. So that we could assess the tap, look to arrange a collection and refund your order. Unfortunately that request was not met, meaning we could not progress any further with your claim. We understand the frustration with having to deal with situations like this and would happily revisit things if you could provide the images requested. We're sorry again for any inconvenience Cindy.
