“Every now and then a company throws the rule book out the window to help a customer, no, a fellow human being. I live in Guernsey, outside of the delivery zone of Rubberduck. But they had the part which would stop my house from smelling of poo. They responded quickly and got it sent out on an overnight delivery. Bloody legends!”
