“Cheapest price we could find for a fully Waterproof Bath Panel. Great Delivery within a couple of days and left with a neighbour, as we were out. Haven't fitted it yet but appears sturdy and good quality.”

“First time order with Rubberduck Bathrooms. Ordered Multipanel products, not yet installed hence cannot comment on the outcome but arrived in a good condition. A slight issue with the delivery timescale but that was the fault on the manfuacturer side. Thanks to Rubberduck's great customer service the issue was resolved in no time. Easy to talk, patient and able to advise. Also, competitive prices. Great experience overall.”

“Fantastic customer service from ordering, delivery and aftercare. We bought shower panels with adhesive trims etc. I had trouble getting a discount code to work with my online order, when I called the person literally talked me through the process so I could use the online discount code. We had under ordered trim, they dispatched one extra super quick so as not to delay our project. We noticed 2 of the sealant were cream not white, they replaced these on next day delivery at no cost (even when I hadn’t checked the delivery properly within the first 24hrs). My husband fitted the shower room and when he had a question during the process, he called them and they were really helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Seriously, one of the best companies I have ever bought from. And the product is not notch quality. Highly recommended. Very very happy customer. Thank you.”

“Ordered a ladder (towel) rail which was 480mm wide, not the usual 500mm or 600mm. Searched quite extensively on the web for one which was the correct size, Rubber Duck Bathrooms came up trumps on price and availability. Was expecting it to take a week or so to arrive but it only took a couple of days, so well done!”

“I received my bathroom cabinet within days of ordering it. Unfortunately upon opening the undamaged carton in which it was packed I discovered the internal mirror on one of the doors was cracked. I informed Rubberduck Bathrooms who immediately arranged a replacement and collection of the damaged one. I was also able to talk with a human and not a robot. Excellent service. I would not hesitate in recommending Rubberduck Bathrooms.”
