“Excellent company to deal with. Someone contacted me by telephone within an hour of submitting my online order, to arrange delivery. Delivery was as scheduled and materials all present and undamaged.”

“Whilst, the service was very good in resolving delivery issues from the supplier through no fault of Rubber duck I, recently fixed the raised shower tray from Abacus and realised that the linear tray section was out 20mm out of square, having initially blamed the stud partition walls I, should have checked beforehand but assumed a manufactured item with neat cut edges would be square. At least I will not make that mistake again!! Suggest Abacus tighten up its Quality Control checking process. There were no instructions or a DVD in the box and the bags of adhesive. Finally, other than that a very good system.”

“Superfast free delivery and friendly delivery person. Other vendors were charging us £75.00 for delivery of this shower tray. Excellent service, now wish I had purchased my whole bathroom from them. Will definitely use again”

“The delivery was timely. Really good Comms and process regarding checking for potential damage during transit. I had no issues it was clear that the courier was well used to dealing with delicate packages. The product quality and finish was better than I expected…. Fantastic!”
