“Great customer service. The goods were damaged on transit and stuck at the fedex depot. I rang Rubberduck and they immediately sent me a replacement which arrived the next day. No questions asked.”

“Good communication from ordering to delivery and everything arrived beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. Brass shower unit, shower waste and taps very good quality for the price and all in the same tone of brass. Now installed and all working perfectly. Very impressed.”

“Initially, the items I ordered were of lovely quality and arrived very quickly. I was further impressed when I got an email direct from Rubberduck to say an item I had subsequently ordered was temporarily out of stock and asked did I want to wait or cancel the order. I told them I wanted to wait. Excellent customer interface. Thank you Rubberduck.”

“I've ordered a shower panel (expensive delivery costs) and by mistake 2 were delivered. I told the delivery driver that we had only ordered 1 and didn't want to get a second. Because the driver had 2 invoices said he HAD to leave them both with us. They were bulky and heavy to carry and, as Rubberduck only provides kerbside delivery, i had to get them both up to the 3rd floor. Each weigh 30kg. Because the driver had 2 invoices said he HAD to leave them both with us. I've contacted the company 2.5 weeks ago and the extra panel has not been picked up yet.”

“After some delay in delivering , not rubberducks fault , was down to the courier with a power cut problem. ? , some boards arrived damaged , customer support was amazing and sent replacements out asap. These things happen , but after sales care are fantastic . I can highly recommend this company and will use again 5*”

“Everything supplied was ordered by a local plumbing engineer who replaced my bath with a walk-in shower. I received the delivery of the goods which were brought on time as advised by the supplier, and offloaded on my premises.”
