“I spoke to a member of staff before making my order and received helpful friendly advice. When the goods - taps - were received unfortunately one was faulty and had to be returned. Again a polite response when I phoned and a replacement sent promptly. I am very impressed with this company and their standards oif service.”

“I was very happy with the first Abacus Elements level access shower tray which I ordered a few months ago with the installation kit. Unfortunately, the tray got damaged and I needed to replace just the tray. This was not showing on the Rubberduck website so I phoned to find out whether it was possible to get just a tray. Spoke with a very helpful guy who checked with the manufacturers and within a few minutes, my order was placed. Tray was delivered very quickly. Excellent service.”

“This is an awesome company. Friendly and informative. They went above and beyond to help me trace a bath seal that would fit my mum’s disabled bath. I had no idea of the bath make and was going around in circles. One call to Rubberduck and the within no time they advised and sourced what I needed. I can not thank them enough. Great customer service.”

“Using your telephone service, polite, prompt efficient service. Only concern for delivery driver who saw 3 men place shower cubicle box onto truck, but he was supposed to be able to carry on his own. I was very concerned about his safety!”
