“Telesales advisor was very helpful when I was short of two elements boards and fixings to finish a job and the order came as expected within two days as promised. My only slight criticism is the boards ordered could have been better protected on the corners as they were slightly damaged in transit by the carrier.”

“Easy to order. Items were actually in stock (unlike another supplier who suddenly had a two-month lead-time). Items arrived well packed and apparently undamaged within a couple of days. Yet to be fitted but pleased so far with the service from Rubberduck Bathrooms.”

“Really good customer service and excellent product. Another company had let me down and failed to deliver the item I'd ordered without telling me they didn't have stock. They'd even sent a dispatch notification, which they later said was a computer error. So this purchase was a bit of a last minute panic order on a Friday afternoon as I had a plumber booked in for the following week. They physically checked the item was actually available and could be packed up over the weekend and dispatched on Monday for next day delivery (at a small extra charge). It arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged on Tuesday and was fitted first thing Wednesday. Happy customer, happy plumber and happy tenants.”

“Quick delivery of nuance boards, product looks good and easy to install. Packaging suggestion: I was worried when the long boards were delivered as the packaging at the bottom was ripped where they might have been dragged rather than carried. The post formed edges were no longer protected, fortunately not damaged. If they had had more packaging or had been carried or delivered the other way up then potential damage would be avoided.”
