“The toilet has been installed finally. It looks the part and is a comfortable knee saving height. The very experienced plumber said that it a really good toilet, and was especially pleased with the ease and lightness of the flush mechanism, which gives good choice of 3L and 4.5L eco friendly usage. Thank you Gary, for your friendly help in choosing this product, and the very helpful Gerald delivery service.”

Good afternoon James, We're sorry to hear about the delay with your panels. We can see your panels were out of stock until the 28th, with an email going out at the time of the order to inform you of the extended lead time. The profiles were dispatched from us on a tracked service last week to ensure no further delays with the panels arriving this week. Looking at the manufacturer tracking today, we can see your panels are currently being picked and will be dispatched using a tracked service. “We were informed that our shower screen was dispatched a week ago, but it still has not arrived. The company that it has been assigned to (Furdeco) cannot give us a projected delivery date, so we are having to put off our installer, with even more delays. The shower has been unusable for two weeks.”

Good morning Kelvin, We're sorry to hear you've been without a shower for a couple of weeks. We can see you ordered a shower enclosure displaying a 3-7 day delivery ETA on Saturday the 23rd. We provided dispatch information and a tracking link for your order on Tuesday the 26th. The tracking link shows the item has been dated for delivery tomorrow on the 3rd, which is 6 working days from placing your order with us and within the ETA displayed.
