“We used RTO Materials for our TAE Certificate IV submission and flew through. We did contextualise of course but that was not difficult. Extremely responsive and even though we are really a small customer we get treated royally! Highly recommended.”

“Sarah, Emily and the team at RTO Materials have always been prompt and attentive to our requirements. We have been using their services for 5 years and over this period their customer service has always been at a very high standard and we would recommend them to anyone who is looking to partner with a company for the development of training resources. Their product provides us with training resources where we can use ‘out of the box’ or contextualise for our own individual needs. The team at RTO Materials was our first port of call when we started to navigate our way through the recent BSB package changes. “These guys have a very wide range of resources available, and provide a comprehensive set of documents for each unit. The material is sufficient to cover the content required, but depending on the unit selected and the level of the qualification, the student learning experience can always benefit from additional current examples of any particular practice, which competent and current trainers will be on top of anyway. Given the pace of change in unit versions it's wise to review the mapping to ensure it's to the most recent version Very good customer service and fair price.”

“The content is acceptable but really not to a high standard, 90% of the links are out of date and therefore do not work, and as the learner guide relies on the student obtaining a large portion of their information from these links, it makes things really difficult for them. Resources, if being sold should be kept more unto date. You do indicate that the links were last accessed in 2015 but this is now 2020 and someone should have WHS and legislation changes quickly, even if the unit is not reviewed in that time the resources should he.”
