“Our institute has been a long time customer of RTO Materials - almost 6 years and counting. I have seen others however, I found RTO materials to be the most comprehensive and compliant resources and assessments - thats why I don't go anywhere else and won't. I love that I can purchase outright, and if there's updates it's included and it's just stress free. On top of that - Sarah and Emily are a pleasure to deal with, very helpful, responsive and dynamic. If you make a suggestion, they do look into working towards finding a solution. I have recommended RTO materials to whoever I speak to about resources and I highly recommend them. Thank you to Sarah and Emily for always helping our institute have the best resources for our learners and for a wonderful working relationship all these years. We look forward to many more!”

“What a great product and service. RTO Materials are consistently good producers of content (learner guides, assessment, activities, case studies), which is even more easier to access with their online library/database of tools. They were super helpful before, during and after the purchase which also made this an easy decision and transaction. A no-brainer if you need help with curriculum development.”

The value for money is simply unbeatable, the ease of access to a diverse library where I can download exactly what I need, exactly when I need it, was an absolutely great offer. The customer service was excellent. The team was responsive, understanding, and always willing to assist with any inquiries I had. I am thoroughly pleased with my decision to engage with this offer. “We found RTO Materials very much by accident but I am happy we did. Not only were their resources a LOT cheaper (something important as we are self-funding our RTO), but they were always on hand to help you out even with unrelated questions about running an RTO. They are not only great and prompt on email but they will pick up the phone too. All in all, they have been a fantastic company to deal with in every way, shape, and form. If you are looking to start an RTO, I cannot recommend this organisation highly enough.”

“After an extensive search for quality training and assessment resources to kick of our brand-new RTO, we came across RTO Materials. Emily and Sarah were extremely patient with us due to a long lead up time in purchasing these resources. We chose RTO materials due to the excellent quality of the resources, the look and feel of the product, and ease of navigation of each component for our students. Pricing was very competitive, and the products provided excellent value for money. The support materials for trainers/ assessors and the suite of supporting documents included in the package ensures that our RTO resources are fully compliant and that gives us peace of mind. RTO Materials are an excellent, high quality and comprehensive suite of learning and assessment materials. The prompt service and follow up provided by Emily and Sarah was exceptional. “Emily is wonderful and their materials are easy to understand and well explained. I have not checked the e-learning materials yet as we have not entered them into our LMS. Once that is done, then I will provide more review. I recommend them for anyone looking for assessment tools and materials.”

“Emily and Sarah at RTO Material have been fantastic in their customer service with very speedy turn arounds to answering my questions or providing an A+ service. Their prices are reasonable for what they are providing. My only thing that can a little frustrating is that the Performance Assessments are essentially a copy and paste of the Training Package requirements for the unit. There really is much thought in how participants can complete their assessments.”

“I teach Community Services and was daunted by having to revamp our old training and assessments. We decided to look into RTO Materials who provide the whole package, and at a reasonable price. Once we decided to purchase the resources, they were delivered to us via email within a couple of days. I was very pleasantly surprised with the units we received. The resources were easy to use for the trainer and the students. We were able to start using our materials quite quickly without having to change much. I like the Learner Evidence doc which helps students keep track of their own learning and performance against criteria required for the units. Any emails or concerns I have had, have been dealt with quickly. It was a very positive experience dealing with RTO Materials.”
