“Unfortunately I had to return my purchase as the shoes were too small. My fault but cannot fault Roys. My phone call to sort out the return was answered quickly and the lady was really helpful. They kept in contact and confirmed when they had been received back and organised the refund promptly. Would definitely buy from them in the future.”
