“I always enjoy shopping at Roys, normally 5 star. This time ordered some items on line for colletion. Sadly the pick up experience was disapointing, having been sent from the front till in the main store to the customer service piont ( I was unaware) next to the food hall, only then to be sent to the rear till back in the main store. It was quite apparent that the assistant here was unaware of what a bin location on the system was. Guess the only benifit to me was the exercise too and fro across the road but wasted time waiting in 3 queues. More accurate pick up detail (where the item actually is in store) on the conformation email would be helpful.”

I am very sorry that the first person you spoke to told you to go across to the food hall. I will pass your comments on to the store manager to ensure staff are reminded about the click and collect process.
