“I recieved a damaged cistern and the toilet seat broken (maybe damaged in transit). After querying this with Royal Bathrooms, they sent replacement items. And all is now good. So I commend the prompt customer service.”

“Really nice looking product and very good price and it arrived very quickly! But the inlet post flush is very noisy and the seat is incredibly uncomfortable!! We will contact the company to see if this can be improved.”

“Delivery was excellent and components were well packed and protected. It had a sliding door and a side panel, hence I had an extra side profile. The instructions were not very clear, being pictorial, and I had to spend a day sorting out which bits fitted which. The glass, albeit toughened, rattles a bit when moving the door. Perhaps 8mm glass would be preferable to the 6mm supplied. All fitted and look just as advertised, I am pleased with the product.”

“We bought this vanity unit from the pictures delivery was good and quick had it all fitted looks lovely had a problem with the pan emailed them a video of the problem they sent a replacement straight away very pleased would recommend.”

“Everything arrived with no hassle, I purchased a 3m pole for shower because screen was being fitted into an existing wet room. There were no fitting instructions for pole but these got sent over after a quick call BUT even the instructions failed to tell you how to fix base of pole. In the end we cut a 10mm hole in floor tile to fix into position”

“Easy ordering and prompt delivery, assembly instructions not very good only pictures of the items but no installation instructions, emailed the company for some advice but no response however we got over the issue and was very happy with the product which was a fully enclosed shower screen with a sliding door”

“Price, quality of goods and delivery were all very good. However there were no instructions on how the cistern workings should be assembled. On contacting Royal they said it was a standard system and the plumber should know. However, the plumber with 50+ years of experience said he had never seen anything like it!!”

“Had a problem with the shower screen I had ordered from a different company as it was too tall so needed to find another quickly while the fitter was here. Royal Bathrooms delivered my order the next day. I was very pleased. The quality is fine, it looks great. The seal is a bit flimsy and wobbly, but I'm hoping that will resolve with the heat in the bathroom. Given it was a third of the price of my original purchase, it is good value.”
