“The delivery was as expected however we only realised the bath itself was far too narrow for comfort once it was out of the packaging and in position. Too late to request a return - we are not above average size but will now have to live with it - what is the point of a bath this narrow?”

Hello Thank you for your feedback, Please note that with every bath that we sell in the photos, there is a line diagram advising the sizes of the bath, If the item is not installed and in the original condition and packing, Please do contact us directly regarding a return. “The delivery was very quick. The quality isn’t the best, but for the price is value for money. Sadly, I bought the cubicle, to fit an existing tray, but the radius was a mile out, so I’ll have to change the tray to make it work. I’ll be buying the tray from Royal Bathrooms, to make sure that the two items fit correctly. The cubicle did have some self tapping screws missing.”

“I have not had the enclosure installed yet. But the delivery was atrocious. It was sent with only one courier and left by the front door. As this enclosure weighs 42kg and is fragile it beggers belief that this is not a 2 man operation and a little help to carry indoors would be a great help. Richard Board.”

“My bath is exactly what I wanted, quick delivery also but as I wasn't fitting it straight away I never inspected it. After fitting I did notice a few nicks in it which I currently putting paper underneath to make sure its not penetrative through the bath completely”

“Ordered a toilet & delivery was much quicker than expected, with a call the day before to confirm delivery date was suitable. Tracking info was accurate & helpful. Unfortunately the toilet clearly hadn't been fully moulded & a repair job had been done to the inside base. Not an issue in itself as not visible from the outside, but the repair job had then sealed up the hole to connect the toilet to the floor. My partner had to drill through this to resolve. In addition there was a small scratch on the top of the cistern. Would have returned, but previous toilet sprang a large leak & bathroom needed replacing immediately, during leave from work. Did not have time to return & replace.”

“Well at the moment I haven’t received my goods so I am a bit unsure as what to say. I only have tomorrow to receive them before my holiday away. I ordered and paid for 2-7 day delivery so I will be calling them tomorrow if my order hasn’t arrived.”

“The bath was damaged by the courier during delivery A new one was dispatched by Royal Bathrooms the following day resolving the issue to my complete satisfaction. Everything else in the order was perfect and I’m really happy with the overall service and great pricing. Great staff keeping me updated with the order. Overall excellent service!”
