“Hi, Ordered a new loo, which had a manufacturing fault. Royal responded quicker than any other supplier I have used and replaced it immediately. I found them responsive and professional right from sales to delivery driver.”

“Very good customer service and delivery. Able to delay despatch with no difficulty, and delivery was made on time with plenty of notice. Driver contacted us 15 mins prior to his arrival on the day. Goods received in excellent condition so extremely pleased all round.”

“I had difficulty in finding a bathroom unit that wasn't white. This is a perfect contemporary colour. The drawers are sticky to open and close - it would have been nice to have them slide better. However the the price and as it is for a guest bedroom, I'm happy.”

“Delivered on time when said the shower unit is great value for money and as good a quality as the expensive ones I got the Marbella 1200x 760 with 300 returning panel and 760 end panel it looks fab would use this company again my plumbers are very impressed thank you .”
