“Ordered this toilet but it didn’t fit as the waste pipe was too close to the wall - no measurements stated on website. When tried to order replacement, same problem and adviser didn’t know measurements. Taken back ok but no flexibility on pick up location or date ! Inconvenient.”

“Not only are the products fabulous but your customer service is amazing, truly I will recommend Royal Bathrooms to all my family and friends without a doubt! I accidentally ordered the wrong size shower cubicle, I was in such a panic, but seriously no need to be…..Royal Bathrooms sorted this for me with no hesitation, amazing! My son a plumber fitted the shower cubicle etc and said the items were of a very high quality, which just made me even happier!”
