“I ordered a bath panel that didn't fit my bath (my mistake) and Royal Bathrooms were brilliant about returning it. All of my emails were replied to almost instantly. There was no problem with me wanting to return the bath panel and have a refund, and it was sorted out straight away. Brilliant customer service.”
