“Sorry that I expected the delivery a couple of days earlier, forgot the extent of the Xmas and New Year holiday. Found the instructions rather skimpy. More written detail required. I may have to return the shower unit as the fitters are having problems.”

“All products supplied are of the quality expected for the price paid. Items are not yet fully installed so hard to judge function. Shower tray is solid, enclosure seems nice, trap is very cheap (though not yet tested), toilet is good although seat is very flimsy. Sink is really nice, as is tap. Only slight issue is that the shower tray riser pack had one item (44 screws) missing and Royal Bathrooms are not able to supply these parts, suggesting that I contact the manufacturer and offering a small refund for my inconvenience. I consider this fair but it does delay installation; in short check inside all boxes on delivery against packing list (in instructions) preferably before driver leaves site.”

“Had a bath bsth panel and screen delivered on Tuesday I am very happy with them really nice good quality products. I messaged Royal bathrooms on New years day not expecting a reply as it was Bank Holiday but they replied immediately gave me the relevant information which proved to be totally correct. I recommend this company and will most t certainly use them again”

“I used Royal bathrooms to order a l shaped bath. On receiving my email from them to confirm despatch i noticed i had ordered the wrong bath . I emailed the company about 9pm on the Wednesday and first thing Thursday morning Adeel emailed me back letting me know they had corrected my mistake. A great service and no extra charge. Im a bathroom fitter and will be using this company a lot more from now on. Thanks Gary”

“Ordered on Christmas Eve [with 2 - 7 day delivery]. Was delivered on 4th January which considering holidays was brilliant. Came well packaged, and exactly what we needed for our small en-suite”

“We ordered a basin and unit on 22/12/20 we received a phone call on the 23.12.20 and everything was delivered on the 24.12.20. Although we have not yet unpacked everything as we are doing a major refurb we were very impressed with the service we have received. Would definitely recommend.”
