“I ordered the wrong sized shower surround, but the return and refund was the easy I have ever dealt with. Nothing was questioned on the photos I sent in, the surround was collected as agreed and well with the timescales and refund returned on my card as communicated. I was really impressed with the level of customer service.”

“I like a lot of people was a bit apprehensive about ordering a bathroom fittment online . Well now speaking from experience you have nothing to worry about as a company royal bathrooms kept me upto date with my order and as i payed extra to have it deliverd early it was deliverd in the time frame at little extra cost . The vanity unit sink and taps i bought are all very well made overall excellent companey well worth using thank you”

“Excellent from start to finish. Had a problem with the waste on the bath. Spoke to them on phone and told to send video of problem. Replied back straight away and rectified the problem. I couldnt wait for the replacement so they refunded so I could get straight away cause of tradesman waiting. Highly recommend this company and definitely would use again. Complete bathroom purchased”

“Our initial order was delivered in good time and ordering was very easy. Unfortunately when ready to use we had noticed a crack in the shower tray, we contacted Royal Bathrooms and they were brilliant and sent us a new tray out the following day. Excellent customer service, will definitely recommend and use again.”
