“Very happy with my experience with Royal Bathrooms. The customer service is very prompt and sorted out any issues I had no problem. The reason I have not given 5 stars is because we had to order a replacement vanity unit as the first was badly dented - we got a replacement without any fuss but this too was slightly damaged. The damage can be hidden so we kept it as the bathroom needed to be finished as we were already delayed. It is shame that two units in a row were damaged one way or another.”

“Excellent service from Royal Bathrooms. I had originally ordered a Kartell bath tap from another online retailer but were let down when the item still hadn’t arrived 2 weeks later, so I ordered from Royal Bathroms. The tap arrived within two working days, and the service from start to finish was excellent. This was my first order with you and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from you again. Many thanks.”
