“Excellent customer service. An issue with the courier damaging the original item was dealt with promptly and a replacement was despatched immediately. In addition Royal Bathrooms refunded the delivery fee.”

“You did exactly what you said you would do, full marks to you. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for DHL. The parcel was delivered on Thursday 20thAug to the parcel shop of my choice. Because of a glitch DHL’s software I did not get the necessary collection code until Mon 24thAug and only after emails and phone calls every day. For one of the largest parcel delivery companies in the world it was appalling.”

“Had some issues with damage on delivery. Royal bathrooms were incredibly helpful and organised replacements. In the end, I have the majority of a bathroom suite for a budget price, but look premium quality. Very happy”
