“Had a issue, where the bath panel wasn’t part of the bath purchase, I didn’t realise this, had to order panel separately, but received the wrong panel. Reported it to royal bathrooms, and the correct panel was sent out and received the following day. Excellent service and product.”

“I ordered the item on line. Got a call the same afternoon to say it would be delivered the very next day between 7 - 10 am. It duly arrived at 7.10. Excellent service & quality item. Very pleased”
