“Ordered a unit with countertop basin When delivered we found basin far to big so they Changed it for a smaller one . Units Assembled which is very unusual must places come flat packed Really happy with product would definitely usebthem again”

“I purchased their 500mm Hale Black BTW WC Unit With Cesar Rimless Toilet Pan & Seat, Cistern. Not only didn't they have any instructions to assemble the cistern, but considering they were bought as a set there wasn't any parts to connect the down tube to the toilet bowl. I'm not a plumber by trade, just a diyer, but have fitted plenty of toilets over the years and a simple diagram of how parts go together would have helped. ie does the plastic washer go before or after the rubber on the underside of the cistern etc? All in all I'm not overly impressed and will have to buy extra parts to finish the job tomorrow. However their sink unit was a simple job and the cabinets are of a decent quality.”

“Delivered when expected and my unit looks lovely. After some minor adjustments was fitted beautifully. I changed the handles as the ones it came with were not very modern. The door on the right side sits lower than the left but it's something I can live with.”

“I have three Bathrooms to cater for, and Royal Bathrooms seem to have sufficient products to make them all work easily, and well. The first Bathroom has now been delivered - not installed yet - the quality of the items delivered is excellent, and the modular units make setting everything up much simpler. I think also, very cost effectively.”
