“Royal bathrooms customer service was good, price was good. Was let down by the delivery company you use. The guy who delivered my parcel stood at my door with a lit cigarette and was also 30 mins earlier than the time stated by the company, I mentioned to the guy that we weren’t expecting them so soon to which his response was “nah”, not exactly professional. We happen to pull up from being out just in time to catch them. Not sure if he was going to leave the parcel or not. As stated in an email from royal bathrooms customer service team, the delivery company would ring me the day before to give me a date and time of delivery. I had no call and had to chase the customer service team for the information, not a huge problem but the lack of communication is a bit poor. One minor bit of damage to the cabinet I ordered but will be covered by the sink once fitted so not really an issue to me, but just thought I’d mention for quality control purposes.”

“We recently purchased some items from royal bathrooms, delivery was quick and efficient And most of all we had a couple of items too return, I have to say it was the most stress free process , would Definitely recommend or buy from them again... Well done all their staff were On the ball and nothing was left not responded or dealt with, they well and truly have their finger on the ball even when testing times are sent to try Well done 👏👏👏👏👏”

“Good product at a competitive price, and quick delivery. I bought a Quadrant Shower screen to replace the one that was badly fitted by the plumbers, and had leaked into the floor over the years. I would call myself a faily proficient DIYer but still was a little reticent about fitting my own shower screen, especially since the plumbers I employed to fit the old one made such a song and dance over how difficult it was. However, I found the instructions included clear and understandable. My advice to others who would fit their own is to read the study the instructions a couple of days before, and again before fitting. Take you time, allow a whole day and do not set yourself a target by when to finish. Go slowly and carefully. Mine only took about 6 hours using that approach. The only thing I would say is that the parts list did not quite match the parts supplied - some screws were different size, and they were a different quantity. I suspect the instructions were for the same shower screen but as supplied with slightly different door stops. But on the whole I am very pleased with Royal Bathrooms and would not hesitate to order from again.”
