“We purchased wall hung WC’s and the frame. Reasonably priced, delivery dates given straight away, emails/texts confirming date and time window to expect delivery. Arrived as per texts, checked ie WC’s to ensure condition. Everything so far so good.”

“Bought a 500mm drawer unit with basin. It's terrible! My brother's doing my plumbing and he's really annoyed. There is no room at the back for the waste pipe unless it comes directly out of the wall in a certain position. He now has to remove my new tiles to take the pipe through the wall, which is costing more time and money!”
