“Looks good in the picture but the instructions are shocking and so is the plastic clips holding the glass sides in went to move it into position and the clip snapped! If it wasn't for my wedding ring I would of lost my finger now waiting for new clips to be sent out”

“Delivery was fast enough, but the item that came was not what I expected. I'm annoyed that the photo did show clearly enough what I was buying, so that's cost me money in delivery charges.”

“Royal bathrooms customer service was good, price was good. Was let down by the delivery company you use. The guy who delivered my parcel stood at my door with a lit cigarette and was also 30 mins earlier than the time stated by the company, I mentioned to the guy that we weren’t expecting them so soon to which his response was “nah”, not exactly professional. We happen to pull up from being out just in time to catch them. Not sure if he was going to leave the parcel or not. As stated in an email from royal bathrooms customer service team, the delivery company would ring me the day before to give me a date and time of delivery. I had no call and had to chase the customer service team for the information, not a huge problem but the lack of communication is a bit poor. One minor bit of damage to the cabinet I ordered but will be covered by the sink once fitted so not really an issue to me, but just thought I’d mention for quality control purposes.”

“Hi, delivery very good, but when coming to fix the frame work to the base our builder found it was not easy as some screws were missing and the bit for drilling was not the right size , you will see it sits very near to the edge of the base on the right hand side and leaves very little room for applying the mastic.”

“I’m very unhappy with the service the delivery service as I gave instructions to do before to the person on customer service and they just don’t my delivery outside my house in the rain when they knew that I wasn’t going to be in my house when I called the guy was just lying about the driver but everything was captured on CCTV”

“First item arrived damaged and was quickly exchanged. The second was also damaged in the same place due to insufficient packing we think. Trying to exchange again but being told it is out of stock but it is available to order on the website. Very frustrating.”

“Delivery excellent, quality of the baths not so much. The legs in particular were quite poor, ended up swapping with my old bath legs as they were far better, stronger, and easier to adjust.”

“Unfortunately when building tge frame for tge shower screen 3 screws had the head sheer off which was disappointing and I've had to use an alternative method of fixing which isn't ideal on a new installation”

“Purchased a product and did not receive a confirmation to my email address and without a order number could not track the order. The live chat reply was not received either. However a confirmation was sent one to my work email following contact with the company. Order is expected tomorrow.”

“Delivered promptly, however toilet paper had a flaw in the casting resulting in water leaking when flushed. Waiting to see if they will send a replacement, could have been avoided if items were checked before dispatch”

“Toilet pan and cistern are fine but toilet seat is very thin plastic and looks cheap compared to toilet, will have to buy a better quality seat which is a little bit disappointing.”

“Very pleased with the bath we ordered, it's just what we wanted and at a reasonable price. The delivery via National Logistics was not so good. We were informed on a Sunday afternoon that delivery would be the following afternoon and we should ring their office if this was not suitable. The office was closed at weekends and when we did speak to them on Monday morning the item was already out for delivery! They could not find us on the first attempt to deliver - while we were out - and it then took several days before they could reschedule a new delivery date. Not the best service.”

“The item arrived ok, however I paid extra for 1 day delivery ordered it 13:30 on Thursday but received the shower tray 18:00 on Monday, I do not call this 1 working day,”
