“Recently had a transaction with Royal Bathrooms, the item received from the manufacturer was sub standard. I contacted Az at Royal Bathrooms who couldn’t have been more helpful. The customer service given was speedy, friendly and professional leaving me 100% satisfied, I would certainly recommend to friends, my issue was resolved immediately. “Delivered promptly, however toilet paper had a flaw in the casting resulting in water leaking when flushed. Waiting to see if they will send a replacement, could have been avoided if items were checked before dispatch”

“Had our bathroom delivered promptly, however the extension was not ready for over a year. Looks fantastic, 6 weeks after fitting toilet seat had a problem. I emailed Royal and their chap AZ got back to me almost immediately and sorted the problem thaks AZ thanks Royal Bathrooms Arthur”
