“I ordered three items from Royal bathrooms in early March this year, however two of these items where faulty! So how can I give this company a 5 star review? Quite simply, outstanding customer service!! Due to the lock down, one of the items had been delivered to the customer 12 weeks before it was discovered to be faulty, but both items where exchanged with question and delivery arranged within an hour of reporting the fault. Its not the problems we have , but how we deal with them. Excellent customer service. Thank you.”

“I purchased a shower from Royal Bathrooms and this was delivered at the beginning of March 2020. I did not check the contents and due to COVID 19 I was unable to get a plumber to install this. Lockdown restrictions are now eased and a plumber has been booked. When I checked the delivered contents a few pieces were missing. I contacted Nabeel at Royal Bathrooms about the missing pieces and he dispatched, at no cost to me, via a third party courier next day delivery. I cannot praise enough Royal Bathrooms aftercare service and i thoroughly recommend them as a company.”

“Purchased a product and did not receive a confirmation to my email address and without a order number could not track the order. The live chat reply was not received either. However a confirmation was sent one to my work email following contact with the company. Order is expected tomorrow.”

“After being let down on the day of delivery by another company we came across Royal Bathrooms and immediately placed an order with them and the kept in regular contact from the beginning keeping us updated with a delivery date and that date was stuck to. We are extremely pleased with our order and will be using this fantastic company in the future.”
