“Just installed a quadrant shower unit with the riser lit, delivery was very quick, we had some missing screws and slight damage to riser lit and two seals. Contacted RB customer after sales very apologetic and have put two new seals in post and compensated us for other small defaults. I will definitely be using RB again for my second bathroom and would definitely recommend them to anyone.”
