“The item arrived ok, however I paid extra for 1 day delivery ordered it 13:30 on Thursday but received the shower tray 18:00 on Monday, I do not call this 1 working day,”

“Very fast delivery and easy ordering BUT the vanity unit we were sent was not new. It was dirty and the film cover was peeling off in three places. It looked as if it had been on display and the packaging was sellotaped together. Very disappointed but must say that the basin and worktop were new and in sealed packaging.”

“Easy ordering and next day delivery BUT the 2 drawer vanity unit was not new.. It was dirty and the protective film was peeling off in three places. it looked as if it had been sitting around somewhere unboxed. The box was sellotaped up and had obviously been flat packed and then re sealed. disappointing condition. Worktop and basin new and sealed.”

“Well it’s not often one gets blown away with such great service. I always maintain that it’s when things go wrong that you find out how good customer service is. I ordered a 2 drawer vanity unit and on arrival I realised I wouldn’t be able to fit it due to the pipe work. It was my mistake but I called Royal Bathrooms, Harry answered the phone immediately and said he would sort it out and asked that I send him a photo of the unit which I did. He could see it still had the film on and was as new. He arranged an exchange and both the drivers I had were really polite and helpful. Absolutely no fuss and great to speak to such helpful people. No web chat, click and collect forms anything like that just human beings bending over to help their customer. Excellent. Thank you.”
